Click your profile icon on the bottom left of the editor and in the side menu, click “API Tokens” and you can access and find all API tokens you have created.

Is it important to have the format of the URL for the campaign as HTTPS?
Our widget can only work on HTTPS-secured sites. Therefore, you need to update the URL directly from the studio for the campaign to run properly.

How to delete a conversation?
If you have conversations with obscenities and you want to be able to get rid of them with the launch and in real-time when users are talking nonsense. In the raw data tab, there's an archive button that serves to remove the selected conversation responses from the raw data. Just select the conversation in question and click on this button. This archive option allows you to keep all the data but the archived responses are not taken into account in the reporting. You will then find these conversations in the "archives" tab and you can restore them if you wish by doing the opposite.

How can I preview or test my campaign?
After creating your campaign, move to the bottom left corner and you can find an eye icon. The preview icon helps you preview your campaigns before publishing.

How can I find all users who have access to my campaigns?
Click your profile icon on the bottom left of the editor and in the side menu, click “Teams” and you can access and find all team members who have access to your campaigns.

For how long can I set my campaign active?
With the campaign activity option, you can limit your campaign activity to the days you prefer. If not, the campaign remains active forever.

Can I save my campaigns and use them later as a template?
Yes, you can! You can access your templates menu to find where they are saved

Can I modify my campaign details after creation?
Yes! You can modify your campaign by changing links, campaign activity, etc.
